Q1 Can I store luggage before?after check-in and check-out?
A: You could store your luggage since the morning of the check-in day until the check-out time 11:00 AM. If you would like to store luggage after check-out, please consult the staff at the front desk.

Q2 Can I ship a package to arrive before or during my stay?
A: Yes, we are happy to accept packages for guests. Please let us know your name, check-in date, and when the package is sent. Please note that if your name is not written on the package invoice, we cannot hold it and will return it to sender.

Q3 What is the cancellation policy?
A: Reservations can be cancelled up to four days before the check-in date. If you cancel your reservation any later than that, you will be charged cancellation fee according to the following cancellation policy:
  • 3 days before check-in date: 30% of room charge
  • 2 days before check-in date: 50% of room charge
  • 1 day before check-in date: 80% of room charge
  • Check-in date: 100% of room charge
Q4 Do you have onsite parking?
A: There is no parking lot for this hostel. Please park at the parking lot nearby.

Q5 Is smoking allowed in the hostel?
A: No, Home Hostel is a smoke-free establishment. All in-house facilities and rooms are non-smoking areas. There is a designated smoking area on the rooftop.

Q6 Is there a curfew in the hostel?
A: There is no curfew. You can enter at anytime you want. However, if your arrival time is over 10:00pm, please contact the Home Hostel once.
